Overall Investment Approach 

Our overall investment strategy and specialty is pretty simple: to purchase distressed/ improvable  properties at well below market value– usually 30% to 80% below market norm, and renovate these properties to higher than market price. Long Term rental properties are fully renovated and have annual rental increases. Short Term rental properties are fully renovated to maximize usage for revenue.
