The Story Of Family Casas LLC

Mark has been working as in home construction for the past 30 years. As a former stage set designer and technical director, he brings his creative vision to every job that asks for a stunning impact and impression. Davelba (currently a World Language teacher) and Ron (former teacher and principal) have been buying fixing and renting properties in the Philadelphia and Pocono areas for the past 20 years. In 2018, when Ron retired as a principal, The three of them began as the Family Casas team. The team has been buying and rehabbing houses and buildings, with the hope of flipping or holding these properties. With quality care and craftsmanship, the team has had tremendous success dramatically raising the property value and selling well above market price.
